This website, mobile site and mobile application (together, the "Platforms") are operated by Akdeniz Faktoring A.Ş. ("Akdeniz Faktoring"). All users accessing the Platforms hereby accept, declare and undertake that they are bound by the terms of use set out below.

If you do not accept any of these terms, you should not use the Platforms. Continued use of the Platforms constitutes acceptance of the current terms of use. Akdeniz Faktoring reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms at any time.

• hardware or software failures and infrastructure-related issues,

• erroneous transactions by users or the acts and transactions of third parties

IV. Data Collection and Use

During use of the Platforms, technical data such as IP address, device information, browser type, access time, pages visited and referring site information may be automatically recorded. This data is not intended to directly identify the user and is processed to improve service quality, ensure system security, and for statistical analysis. Personal data provided by the user is protected and processed in accordance with applicable legislation and Akdeniz Faktoring's KVKK and Privacy Policy.

V. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all intellectual and industrial property rights in any content, information, documents, data, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, software and downloadable materials on the Platforms belong exclusively to Akdeniz Faktoring and are protected under applicable legislation. All rights held by Akdeniz Faktoring in this regard are reserved.

Users are obligated to comply with all applicable legal regulations, particularly copyright legislation, when using the Platforms. Content on the Platforms may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, processed or used in whole or in part for any commercial or public purpose without Akdeniz Faktoring's prior written permission. Akdeniz Faktoring reserves the right to pursue all legal and criminal remedies against uses that violate these intellectual property rights.

Users accept and undertake that they will use the Platforms only for lawful purposes and will not engage in any conduct that endangers the security of the systems.

Akdeniz Faktoring reserves the right to take any technical and administrative measures it deems necessary to ensure system security, to monitor and record user activity, to temporarily or permanently suspend suspicious transactions, and to restrict or fully block access.

If any of the violations described above are detected, Akdeniz Faktoring may immediately suspend or terminate the relevant users' access to the Platforms, pursue all legal, criminal and administrative remedies to seek compensation for damages incurred, and, where deemed necessary, share relevant information and records with the competent administrative and judicial authorities. Users acknowledge that legal and criminal liability may arise depending on the nature of such acts.
